This book is in two parts. The first part is my “personal
history.” I included it for two reasons. The first was to show
how I got caught up in the darkness and then how I worked
my way out. The second part is about the understandings I
learned and explains some of the exercises I used to awaken
the deeper spiritual part of my being. If you are not
interested in my life story I offer these exercises to you to
assist you in awakening the deeper part.
